Setup and pairing FAQ

How do I properly charge my device?

Plug the device into a powered USB port or a USB charger using the custom cable provided. The device turns on automatically when plugged in. Four rotating red LEDs indicate charging—in progress, and they stay on when fully charged. If the battery is completely empty, it may take several minutes for charging to start.

Why won’t my device pair with my phone?

Pairing must be done through the Endor Global app, not your phone's Bluetooth settings. Make sure Bluetooth is on and the Endor Global app is up to date. Keep your device close to your phone during the setup and pairing. If issues persist, unpair and reset your device, then set it up again via the app.

How do I unpair my device?

Remove your device from the list of paired Bluetooth devices on your Iphone by going to Settings > Bluetooth > and choose Forget this Device. Unpairing on your device: reset it to factory settings by pressing the restart/reset button with a pin when the device is plugged into a powered USB port or a USB charger.

What should I do if setup or syncing fails?

Check phone compatibility and ensure the latest Endor Global app version is installed. Try toggling Bluetooth or reinstalling the app. As a last resort, restart or factory reset the device and repeat the setup process in the Endor Global app.

How do I reset or restart my device? Will I lose my data?

Restart: Use the restart button with a pin when not plugged in (no data loss, but date/time reset). Factory reset: Use the app or the restart button while charging. This erases the device, but any data already synced to your Endor Global account is safe.
